How wallet recharges, Wallet Credit, and service cancellations are handled on the Sukoon App.

All wallet recharges made through the Sukoon App are final. Once Wallet Credit is added to your account, the amount is non-refundable and non-cancellable, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account or any third party.
Wallet Credit can be used only to pay for services within the Sukoon App. Unused Wallet Credit remains available in your wallet for future in-app use.
If an amount is debited from your payment method but the corresponding Wallet Credit is not reflected in your account, or you are charged more than once for the same recharge, the excess/failed amount will be automatically reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us at trysukoon205@gmail.com with the transaction details and we will investigate and resolve it.
Services (chat/call sessions) that have been availed cannot be cancelled or refunded once used.
